1King Giriş Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
This document sets out the rules for using the sports betting and casino services offered under the 1King brand. Throughout this document, the entity operating the Platform is referred to only as "the Company"; no separate legal name is published.
Anyone who registers an account or uses any service on the Platform is considered to have accepted the terms below. The Company may update this document without prior notice, and the current version takes effect from the moment it is published.

2. Account Registration
- A user must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
- Registration details (name, date of birth, contact information) must be accurate and kept current.
- Only one account is allowed per person, device, or IP address.
- Multiple accounts linked to the same person may be merged or closed.
Accounts with incorrect or incomplete information may be placed on hold until verification is completed.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Account balances are held in Turkish Lira (₺). The verified deposit and withdrawal methods are:

Withdrawal requests are only processed once identity verification (KYC) is complete, which includes a passport or ID document and confirmation of a phone number.
Payouts are made only to the method and account matching the original deposit and the account holder's name; transfers to a third party are not permitted.
4. Betting and Game Rules
Each betting market and casino game is subject to its own rules, published on the relevant page. Game providers use random number generation systems tested by independent auditors.
Transactions affected by a technical malfunction or an incorrect odds entry may be voided, with the corresponding amount returned to the account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
The welcome offer and other bonuses are set according to the current rate shown at registration and are typically split across more than one deposit. No single wagering multiplier applies across every campaign; each offer's terms are published on its own promotion page.
Where an account is found to have opened multiple accounts or used low-risk betting patterns to exploit a bonus, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account automatically.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Cheating, bots, or automated software
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Collusion with other users for unfair advantage
- Money laundering or identity theft-related transactions
Any of the above will result in the account being suspended, with the matter reported to the relevant authorities where warranted.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform and is not liable for disruptions caused by internet connectivity, server failure, or similar technical issues. Participation in betting and casino games carries financial risk, and the Company is not responsible for losses arising from game outcomes.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
The Company may suspend or close an account without prior notice where these Terms have been breached or suspicious activity is suspected. Users may request closure of their own account through customer support; pending withdrawal requests are finalized once verification is complete.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
A complaint about an account or transaction may be submitted within six months of the incident, and only by the registered account holder; complaints from third parties are not accepted. If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, the user may access the alternative dispute resolution mechanism provided under LOK/CGA regulation; the regulator can also be reached at [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the courts of Curaçao.
